With a focus in the banking and insurance industry, Willem draws on international experience in consulting and advisory services that spans a period of more than 10 years of which 2 years were with Accenture; a leading global consulting firm.
After completing his post graduate studies, he worked for a start-up company in San Francisco leading up to the dot-com bubble in 2000 (needless to say, the company does not exist anymore).
He later joined a local health insurer in California that managed group programs for employers such as Lockheed Martin and Google. Willem takes an analytically approach to financial planning, but ultimately appreciates the importance of understanding each individual’s unique circumstances and needs.
When possible, he spends his time outdoors and enjoys camping as well as cycling.
