Afrafin (Pty) Limited holds a Category II, or discretionary license as governed by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority of South Africa (FSCA). This license is granted to advisory practices that accept more responsibility in terms of managing clients’ portfolios.

Our practice is subjected to stringent auditing requirements dictated by the FSCA as well as the Companies Act of South Africa.  Independent financial auditors are also registered with the FSCA and we submit approved financial statements within 3 months after each financial year-end.

The Conflict of Interest (COI) Policy and a Complaints Procedure are available upon request.  The FSCA and relevant legislation also requires us to implement and maintain a TCF (Treat Clients Fairly) and a POPI (Protection of Private Information) Policy Statement.  Please contact us if you would like to review these statutory documents.
